By using any Fidg’t service (collectively, the “Service”), including fidgt.com (the “Website”), the Fidg’t PC Desktop software (the “PC Client”), or the Fidg’t mobile software (the “Mobile Client”), all services provided by Protomobl, Inc (the “Company”), you accept the following privacy policy.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how the Company treats personal information that the Company collects and receives related to your use of the Service. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

The Company collects personal information when you register with the Service, and when you use the Service. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address. When you register with the Service and sign in to the Service, you are not anonymous to us.

Your Account Information

You can delete your account by emailing us at delete@fidgt.com. Some information may remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.

We reserve the right to send you important communications relating to the Service, such as service announcements, administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
